Great facilities are nice, but the real reason our members love working out at Orangetheory is the workout program itself. We use a method called interval training to get you a cardio workout that will have lasting positive effects, even up to a day and a half after the class is finished. Your heart rate will be closely monitored during each class as you move between three different exercise stations, and each of those stations has 12 individual machines. Your heart rate is kept in a certain zone the entire time, helping improve both your energy levels and metabolism.
Our gym trainers are our biggest asset. They understand that each member at Orangetheory has different needs when it comes to exercise and is sure to give each one the personal attention needed. They also remain committed to the group as a whole. Our trainers are available for individual workouts as well.
